Rainer Rehm

Rainer Rehm currently holds the Position of an Information Security Officer for Zooplus AG. Previously he held the functions of Data Privacy Officer (DPO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Central & East Europe region at an US Cloud Security provider. By combining data security and data privacy knowhow he acted as a trusted advisor to support customers to help them transform their networks and move applications to the cloud securely. His expertise is based on various positions on enterprise side like Siemens, NSN and MAN, where he was responsible for information security, business continuity management and risk management. Rainer Rehm is also the founder of the Information Security Academy IS@R² in Munich, that provides official (ISC)² classes for CCSP and CISSP certifications and security awareness programs. In Germany, he co-founded one of the first (ISC)² chapters and continues to serve on the Board of Management. Holding CISSP and CCSP certifications he is also a member of the European Advisory Council (EAC), a committee representing (ISC) ² members in the EMEA region.
