Vicky Sorge is a seasoned leader in cybersecurity, currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Kaufland E-Commerce. With over 15 years of experience in corporate and security, she is dedicated to enhancing the information security landscape of one of Germany's fastest-growing online marketplaces. In her role, Vicky leads a dynamic team that develops and implements comprehensive security strategies, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.

In addition to her responsibilities at Kaufland, Vicky is a co-orga of the Security Meetup initiative, which started in Leipzig in 2022 and has since expanded to other major cities throughout Germany. These meetups provide a platform for cybersecurity professionals to connect, share insights, and discuss current challenges in a relaxed setting, promoting open dialogue and networking within this and other community such as She@ISACA.
